工匠精神如何助力中国成为制造强国?首先需要厘清工匠精神的现代内涵。工匠精神产生于手工艺时代。先秦时期,《周礼·考工记》曾对工匠的工作有这样的描述,“审曲面势,以饬五材,以辨民器,谓之百工”。在当时的社会环境下,手艺是一种谋生的技能。工匠们结合生产生活实践,创造性地发明了各种生活器皿与生产工具,使各种材料实现了自身的价值。在使用工匠所制造的器具时,人们能通过这些器具感受到匠心独运的高超技艺,体味到这种匠心之中所包含的生活大智慧。
这只是传统的“手工匠”精神,现代工匠精神需要手工技艺与现代科技的有机融合,小至瑞士手表,大至波音飞机,都是传统手工和现代机械技术相得益彰的结晶。在波音生产线上,大量工作主要由人工完成,因为机械流水线保证不了零件高精装配。然而,这只是手工技术和现代科技的初级整合。实现手工和现代科技有机融合,需要更高层次的科技突破。例如,苹果公司iMac支撑架、iPod后盖的高精需求,全世界仅有日本小林研业的纯手工打磨能满足,但产量有限。苹果公司视频记录手工打磨全过程,精密分析手工操作精髓,将结果用于改进机械加工技术,成功实现了机械化量产。真正的工匠精神渴求富创意、有创见、敢创新的匠人,只有在“创”中才能成就这样的匠人。“创”者,从仓从刀,敢于对既有知识仓库内的成果大刀阔斧改造,这是现代工匠精神应有之意。
最近,在美国著名众筹网站Indiegogo上,有一个中国项目Czur扫描仪首发即筹得近百万美元。Czur重新定义了扫描仪,可自动“抚平”卷曲纸张、清楚手印、切除白边,可扫描3D物体、变身视频展示台,还能自动连接高速Wifi传输。这种扫描仪跟手工技术完全不搭界,但无疑是现代工匠精神的完美诠释。通过对扫描仪技术性能的极致开发,完成智能扫描仪的华丽转身,这是只有会思想的芦苇才能完成的任务。如果他们只管鞠躬尽瘁、任劳任怨地在现有技术路线上精益求精,没有批判、创新,那远算不上真正意义上的现代工匠精神。
“匠”在字形上可以理解为:在有限空间内斤斤计较。工匠精神需要斤斤计较,不仅计较品质、手工技艺的炉火纯青,更要计较手工与科技的相互增益,计较富创意、有创见、敢创新思想的诞生。倘若我们仍是把鼓励工匠精神当作鼓励人人安心做忙碌的陀螺,这不仅极易误导人们,也不利于工匠精神文化的发扬光大。

当下,在中国发展智慧产业、向产业链高端攀升的关键阶段,我们需要关注和重构支撑工匠精神的文化体系。如果没有建立起这种文化体系,中国制造业就无法转型升级,无法从一个制造大国顺利地走向全球制造强国。
建设支撑工匠精神的行为文化。要鼓励消费者的“挑剔”行为。美国管理学家波特指出,消费者近似于苛刻的“挑剔”行为,是日本厂商改进产品质量的重要外在力量。因此,马马虎虎、过得去就行的消费行为,其实是纵容厂商在构建工匠精神上的不作为。
建设支撑工匠精神的管理文化。国人的工匠精神不足,一个重要的表现是把聪明劲用在了“灵活性”上了,经常对应该遵守的程序和规则采取变通处理方法,比如对应该严格遵守的加工操作程序和步骤,不是一丝不苟地按部就班,而是“灵活地”跳跃处理。很难想象,这种“不守纪律”和程序的工作态度,可以生成出德国那种高精尖质量的产品。很多时候,固守某种程序,看起来是傻,其实是精明。因此,企业应当在管理方法上处理好“灵活度”与“守纪律”的关系。
建设支撑工匠精神的制度文化。工匠精神的确立,主要取决于政府对市场体系的制度规范和管理要求。如果市场秩序混乱,就没有人会愿意去精益求精。例如,如果政府对市场中侵犯知识产权的情况不处理,假货制造与销售得不到应有的处罚,就等于变相地放纵这类行为,最后出现劣币驱逐良币。因此,为了给具有工匠精神的企业创造生存的土壤,鼓励技术创新和提高产品质量,政府必须严格地监管市场竞争者,惩罚造假、侵犯知识产权等不法行为,尽快形成政府、企业、社会的合力,形成制假必重罚的制度。
工匠精神的价值观是一种高层次的文化形态,它需要在长期的价值激励中慢慢形成。让工人技师有崇高的地位及不菲的身价,是鼓励实体经济复苏、抑制社会浮躁、恢复崇尚实业和技术技能风气的开始。
如果我们的社会能够共同致力于建构工匠精神的文化体系,我们的企业在全球竞争中应该就是战无不胜的,那时应该就是中国跨国企业屹立于世界之林的时刻。

Learn vocabulary effectively
Vocabulary is the most important part of communication. The more words you know, the more you can say and understand. The absolute best way to learn vocabulary is through the use of flash cards that you make by yourself. Purchase a set of 3×5 index cards(索引卡片) and cut them in half. . As you learn more information about each word, e. g. plural forms of nouns and principle parts of verbs, you can add these to the cards.
Research shows that language students learn more effectively and acquire more when they study frequently for shorter periods of time than if they study infrequently for extended periods of time. . This means doing a few homework exercises each day rather than doing all homework exercises the night before they are due.
Practice language actively
. Say vocabulary words out loud, read passages in the text aloud, do pronunciation activities orally and not just mentally. Write out the answers to activities rather than gliding through them in your mind. Read aloud entire sentences in an activity rather than just reading a fillin response. Transferring
language from your mind to your mouth is a skill that requires a great deal of practice.

我很少访人,却常访草。朋友们都有工作,各忙各的,而草则永远安详地在那儿。我自己便像一株草,总在家里,朋友们来,很少找不到我。
这个世界若没有了草,人便无法活下去。一个地方若望不见草,对于我来说就成了牢狱。此时我活在草种多到让我有选择的地方,就像食品多到让我只选取佳肴珍馐一般,故我感到十分幸福——虽然对于我自身以外的世界我感到十分不幸。
我的围墙门,就像陶渊明所说的“虽设而常关”,门闩经常蒙着一层锈,偶尔开门时(有客来时,到村子里去买吃食时,上城市买书时,出去访草时),就粘满了手。
单是庭面上便有三四十种草,其中如碎米知风草、小画眉草、线叶飘忽草,便可爱得有如小天使,又如天真稚气的小女孩。有了这些草,我实在可以不必再去拉动那生了锈的门闩到田野去。可是一如家里虽有几橱架的书,时而忍不住还是要出去买几本,这庭面边的草就好像是我的另一橱架的书,每日阅读着、摩挲着,给了我无上的快乐与安慰,然而既已知道外边还有些橱架上没有的,就忍不住要出去。
各个角落有各个角落的草。有时我不出门,就在屋角边访草,或者反过来说,草到家来访我了。一连下过一二十日的雨之后,那大树底下的屋基或后墙上,就不期然有一片新绿吸引住我的目光,苔藓和小冷水花不知几时来家了。
