We can play the piano. Of course we play the piano with our ten fingers. But Teotronica can play with its 19 fingers. Teotronica is not a person. It is a robot. It is a special robot which can play the piano like men.

Matteo Suzi is the inventor of Teotronica. Matteo Suzi comes from Italy and he is more than thirty years old. He was interested in science when he was young. He always likes to use his head to create （创造） new amazing things. He spent four years making the musical robot. He made the piano-playing robot for about $ 4,700.

Teotronica is a special and great robot. It has more fingers than men. It plays the piano faster than a man. Teotronica can sing as well when it plays the piano. It is the first robot to do so and many people feel excited to see it. Teotronica can even use its eyes to communicate with men because there are cameras in its eyes.

Today I woke up early. While I was reading, I was listening to relaxing music on my phone.

When I realized that one of the songs sounded like a Chinese melody(旋律), I closed my eyes. I found myself in the bamboo field. Then l saw a big Chinese palace. I saw a bell on the door of each room. When the wind blew, the bells moved and made a relaxing sound.

I turned my head and saw a lot of beautiful flowers on the trees. All those looked like a pink carpet(地毯). Suddenly, l heard a bird singing. I looked for it everywhere and finally I saw it in one of the trees. The bird had wonderful colorful feathers (羽毛) such as deep green, cherry red, bright yellow, black and white. I was amazed by everything here. "l wish to stay here for the rest of my life," I said to myself.

That's why I like listening to music. It can take me to another world.

Amy was a lovely little girl, but she often1time in getting ready to do her tasks, instead of doing them at once.

In the village in which she2, Mr. Brown kept a store where he sold fruit of all kinds, including strawberries. One day he said to Amy whose parents were quite3,"Would you like to make some money by yourself?"

Several large companies have begun creating paper bottles to replace glass and plastic ones. Paper bottles aren't quite ready to go yet, but you may see then appearing on shelves over the next few years.

Companies which sell liquids like drinks or shampoo need lots of bottles. Usually, these bottles are made of plastic or glass. But caring more about the environment, many companies have begun working to develop paper bottles.

Paper bottles have many advantages. Perhaps the most important is that they should be easy to recycle, and paper bottles are lighter than glass or plastic ones, meaning they'll need less energy to produce and to move around. Since paper is soft and easy to mold, companies can design their bottles to take almost any shape they choose.

But paper bottles aren't perfect. Most paper bottles use water pulp, meaning trees need to be cut down to make the bottles. That could harm animals and others who depend on the forests. There's still lots of testing to be done before paper bottles can replace glass or plastic ones. Companies will need to see how long liquids can be stored in the bottles, and make sure the bottles don't affect the taste.

But with so many companies working together, it's sure that we can expect to see paper bottles on store shelves in the near future.

Every one of us, rich or poor, should at least have one or two good friends. Your friends will listen to you when you speak, will take care of you when you are sick, and will be together with you in your journey through life.

Everyone needs friends. Friendship can make us happier. Here is some advice.

During the Jin Dynasty (265-420), there was a child named Che Yin. He was smart and loved to read. He grew up in a poor family and couldn't afford(买得起)lamp oil to study at night.

One night, he saw fireflies(萤火虫) outside his house and came up with an idea. He caught some fireflies in a cloth bag and hung the bag up as a lamp. It is said that he spent all of his summer nights reading like this.

Another child named Sun Kang also loved reading. One night during winter, Sun used up all of his lamp oil and couldn't study at night. When he woke up at midnight, he saw the snow reflecting(反射) the moonlight outside his house. "Oh, I can use the reflected light to read!" he thought. He took out his books and read, even though he was freezing cold.

Both of these kids later became successful government officials. People were touched by their hardworking spirit and turned their stories into the Chinese idiom nangying yingxue(囊萤映雪） .

In 2012, President Xi Jinping told these stories at the Party School of the CPC Central Committee(中央党校).He talked about nangying yingxue, xuanliang cigu(悬梁刺股) and zaobitouguang(凿壁偷光).All of these stories encourage people to study hard in spite of difficulties. Xi hopes that government officials will keep this hardworking spirit in mind.

All of us can learn a lot from these stories. Although they don't take place in modern times, they are just like the dim(微弱的) light of fireflies - they light up the road to knowledge.

One day when I was 12, I went to a restaurant for dinner with my family. It was a cold day, and the wind was blowing hard.

When my mom and I walked into the restaurant from our car, a girl about my age and her mother came up to us. They asked if we had any spare change（零钱）. My mom immediately (立刻) asked where they lived. "That old car across the street," said the girl. "Six of my family live in it."

My mom said she had something to do, and after handing them a few dollars we said goodbye. Then my mother sent me inside the restaurant with my dad. But she didn't come in.

    Rose's bedroom was upstairs. A big tree grew outside her window. One day, Rose sawbird making a little house in the tree. The bird carried some small plants into the house and placed some grass in it in order to make it soft. Soon she finished(build) the little house. "It looks like a little brown cup lying in the tree," Rose thought.

Some of us have little difficulty in falling asleep anywhere. But there are also quite a few of us who find it's really hard to fall asleep when we need rest. It often makes us crazy.

So, how to get a better night's sleep? Here are the 3 things that I've found to be the most useful for helping me fall asleep faster and finally get a better night's sleep:

Put down your phone

The first decision that I've found to be really helpful in getting me to sleep faster at night is not to end my night by being on my phone. Every day I try to put my phone away at least one hour before bed. Of course, it's of great help.

Meditate(冥想)

I've heard that some people say when they try meditation, they can't seem to focus (集中注意力) and as a result they fall asleep. But, don't we want to have a good sleep? I often choose to guide myself through my bedtime meditation and it helps me sleep. Write it out

The last tool I'd like to suggest is keeping your diary. I personally love to just let my mind say everything it wants to, so that it feels heard. After writing out what happened in the day, you simply end your day with ease(缓解).

Not only is sleep quite comfortable, it's also a very important activity that can help us to recharge and reset(恢复体力和调整).

There are certain foods which should never be stored (储存) in the fridge. Some of them may surprise you.

The cold temperature will make it hard. If you have made sandwiches with the bread, then you can store them in it.

We all love to have tomatoes.The cold air in the fridge stops the ripening (成熟) process. And as we all know, ripening is what gives every tomato more taste. For best results, keep them out.
