Download the software at stereopsis.com /flux. It gradually makes your screen less bright at sunset, turning its colors a warmer red one.

    Keep you Cool.

One of the best signals from the body to go to sleep is a decrease in body temperature. I suggest sleeping in a very cool environment, about 19℃. A hot bath will increase your skin temperature, which finally decreases your main body temperature.  39

Make Sleeping Pets Lie.

It seems that people are gradually losing their smartness as smart phones become increasingly important assistants in their lives. As we rely too much on technology instead of our brains, many people have lost three basic abilities.
The first skill many people have lost is remembering phone numbers. Because phone numbers are stored in smart phone contacts, there is now no need to dial a number or look at it again. This is fine until you need to call someone for help, only to find your phone is not around.
And some people may also have lost their sense of direction because some apps can guide people anywhere they want. People get so dependent on them that when they can’t use their smart phones, they get lost and anxious.
But the worst lost skills may be social ones, meaning that some people are becoming socially inept (
无能的). People often bury themselves in their smart phones. As we’re too absent -minded by what's happening in the virtual (虚拟的) some of us have lost conversational skills and sometimes can’t even tell whether a person is happy or not.
Last August, researchers at the University of California, Los Angeles, studied 51 students aged 11 and 12. who had over five hours' screen time every day. Their task was to tell the emotions of 48 pictures of faces that were happy, sad, angry or scared.
The children made an average of 14.02 mistakes at the beginning. But after a five - day camp without electronic products, they made only 9.41 mistakes on average.
Luckily, people still have a chance to get these abilities back. You should try to keep your parents' numbers in mind for emergencies. You should also pay more attention to street signs and stores, which will help you to draw a mind map and stop you from getting lost. And the easiest solution to social skill loss is to take a break from electronic products.
29.The underlined sentence in the second paragraph implies that ____________.
A.you are able to turn to others for help
B.others are able to call you anytime and anywhere
C.others are unable to get in touch with you by smart phone
D.you are unable to contact others without your smart phone
30.The experiment shows that without electronic products, one could __________.
A.recognize more facial expressions correctly
B.lose the sense of direction frequently
C.tell different emotions immediately
D.tell more pictures of faces easily
31.Overusing smart phones, people will probably ________________.
A.have no sense of numbers
B.fail to find their destination
C.lose face - to -face communication skills
D.weaken their senses of hearing and sight
32.What's the writers attitude towards electronic products?
A.Objective.      B.Critical.     C.Supportive.    D.Optimistic

It had been a nice and sunny day. I stepped slowly towards the edge of the cliff and looked out. The      was wonderful. I could       the gentle wind coming from the coast while watching the brilliant sunset.

The wind started to change     , blowing out towards the sea. I looked last time down at my father’s ashes and then       for a moment, I scattered the contents out over the cliff.

I wiped away a tear, but it was perfect happiness rather than sadness, because I finally knew the man who       so much to me, my father, was finally at peace.

Even if you’ve already seen dozens of inspiring sports movies, Dangal (2016) is still attractive. The Bollywood movie tells the real life of Mahavir Singh Phogat. It is a story of a father who struggles to turn his daughters into medal-winning athletes after failing to realize his own dream of being an international wrestling (摔跤) champion.

At first, both girls show no interest in wrestling. They’re left feeling exhausted after strict and even cruel training with their father. They even begin to try different ways to get out of it. But once they realize the “silent love” of their father, who may be letting them seek opportunities in life normally saved for men, wrestling becomes their own dream. They finally become winners in international sports.

The film made more than 100 million yuan in just four days after its release (发行) on May 5, according to China Daily. So, what makes this movie so special?

The reason may be that this kind of father’s love has touched many people’s hearts deeply. “It makes me think of my father. I just cried like a river to release myself from my deep regrets,” a Chinese audience member told the Hindustan Times.

Besides, the plot (情节) is familiar to Chinese viewers. It is just like “the story of a Chinese village girl becoming an Olympic champion,” said Tan Zheng, editor of Film Art magazine.

But it might also be lead actor Aamir Khan who has attracted the crowds. In order to play a 55-year-old in the film, Khan gained 25 kg. But he had to quickly lose weight for the parts where he is required to look much younger.
