Our body rests while we sleep. Our body grows most while we are asleep. Children who are tired usually need more sleep. We can get at our lessons better, after we have had plenty of rest. Boys and girls who are eight or nine years old need ten hours of sleep every night. If we do not get enough fresh air, we will feel tired when we wake up. While in bed we must not cover our heads. Our lungs (肺) need to get enough fresh air. If we open our windows at night, we can have plenty of fresh air. Cool air is better than warm air.
We to Prince Park yesterday.
An old woman has a cat. The cat is very old. It can't run fast and it can't catch mice. When the old cat sees a mouse, it tries to catch the mouse, but the mouse can run away. The woman is very angry about it. Then she has a good idea. She buys a new cat to catch mice. Now the old one can rest.
