I'll come back after two days.
Most of them finished to do their homework before class was over.
—Comedies, I think.
One Sunday morning, Ben went to a barber's(理发师)shop and had his hair cut. When he came out, he was not happy with the result. In the evening, he met his friend Bob. He laughed and asked. "What happened to your hair, Ben?"
Ben agreed, "Yes, I think you're right, Ben. Mind you! Now I'll tell you what to do when you go into a barber's shop next time. What you need to do first is to look at all the barbers' hair, find out whose hair looks the worst, and then go straight to him."
"Why shall I go to him?" Ben asked in amazement, "But that would be foolish(愚蠢的)!"
"Oh, no, it wouldn't," answered Bob. "Who cut that man's hair? Just think about it. He couldn't cut himself, could he? Another of the barbers cut it. "
When I was 14, I went to a boarding school (寄宿学校). At first I 1 my family a lot. I often called them on the phone. But after two weeks, I found I 2 being with my classmates at school.
I had many friends and they were all 3. I often played and studied with them. I thought of them as my best friends. I never thought my friendships with boys would become a 4.
One day, one of my friends told me that some girls said I was 5 with boys all day long to get attention (注意) from them. A few weeks after that, Mr. Wang asked the class to 6 some students to join the Student Union. I thought I could be chosen 7 I was doing well in school. I was the top student in class. A week later, the result surprised me: I wasn't chosen. I was 8.
Mr. Wang came to me after class and said, "Don't be sad. I know you're an excellent student! Maybe you should be a little closer 9 the girls in our class. They don't know much about 10. Try your best to get to know everyone and I think you'll get chosen next time. "
I thought Mr. Wang might be right. "I will try to be friends with everyone," I said to myself.

I Am Not a Child Any More
— I ___________ watch them. They are long and boring.
From this July, people in Shanghai are being asked to sort (分类) their garbage (垃圾). They must put their garbage in different boxes to improve the city's environment.
Until now, a lot of garbage has been put into one place. The garbage is then taken to landfill sites (垃圾填满场). These landfill sites, however, can be bad for the land and water.
The new plan asks people to put their garbage into different boxes, one for each kind of garbage. The brown one is for 'wet garbage' (such as food waste). The red one is for harmful waste (such as the medicine). The blue one is for recyclable waste (such as paper and clothes). And finally, the black one is for "dry garbage" (covers many things, such as pencils.)
Each day, Shanghai produces 22,000 tons of household garbage. If you put it together, it will be the same as a big building! Reducing that amount will surely help the environment. However, it needs all the people to make it happen. Just as Shanghai's mayor, Ying Yong, has said, "Garbage sorting should become the most popular thing. ______________, I hope everyone can take part in."
