—Certainly. It tastes fantastic.
I like to my friends when I have nothing to do.
Making friends is a skill. Like most skills, it improves with practice. If you want to meet people and make friends, you must take action. You must first go where there are people. You won't make friends staying home alone.
Many people are nervous when talking with others. After all, meeting strangers means facing the unknown. And it's human nature to feel a bit uncomfortable about the unknown. Most of our fears about dealing with new people come from doubts (怀疑) about ourselves. We consider that other people are judging (评判) us, finding us too small or too short, too this or too that. But don't forget that they must be feeling the same way. Try to accept yourself, and try to put the other person at ease. Then you'll feel more comfortable. "Try to act with self-confidence (自信) although you don't feel that way. Walk with your' back straight, look directly at other people and smile. If you see someone you'd like to speak to, tell something to him / her. Don't wait for others to start a conversation.
Just meeting someone new doesn't mean that you will make friends with that person. Friendship is "give and take". It takes time and energy to develop. And there are things that keep a new friendship from growing.

At Friday, my students and I went to a talk on health at health club. We went there by bus.
We listened to the 1 for more than two hours. There, the students learned how to eat and exercise. Everyone 2 they learned a lot. At about twelve, we had some delicious food in the restaurant of the 3. After lunch, it started to rain. We had to get on the 4. On our way back to school, I asked the students about their exercise and 5 habits. Here are the results.
Only twenty percent of students usually 6, and eighty percent like staying at home and watching TV. The answers 7 the questions about eating habits were also interesting. Most of them 8 eat. vegetables.(Good!) All the students always eat junk food. (Bad!) But 9 students drink coffee. (Great!)
Now they 10 to exercise more and eat more healthily. Now, after the talk, they all know some of their habits aren't good for their health.
In China, more and more school students are tired because their sleep time is1 shorter and shorter. Most students can only sleep less than eight hours every night, because they have too much homework 2. Some homework is given by their teachers, and some by their parents. Also, some students don't know 3 to save time. They are not 4 while doing their homework, so it takes them more and more time to finish 5.
Some students 6 too much time watching TV or playing computer games. They stay up very late. Some students 7 get up early every weekday to get to school on time by bus or by bicycle. It may be a long way from home to 8.
The homework should be cut down so that the students can feel 9. For the children, they should make good use of their time. More than eight hours of sleep every night is 10 for their health. If they have enough sleep time, they will find it much better for both their study and health.
