A new driver with little experience has to change direction suddenly into another lane to avoid a careless driver talking on a cell phone, which is not something that I am prepared for. According to the New England Journal of Medicine, an accident is four times more likely while talking on the phone. Therefore, using a cell phone while driving should be banned
Cars are two-ton weapons and should be treated as such. when drivers put a key in the ignition(点火开关). He should be a responsibility of being a driver. Answering the phone while driving is like firing a gun---at any moment something could go wrong and change a life forever.
A few countries, including Australia, Great Britain, Spain and Israel, have recognized the damage
that cell phone use can Cause. According to Tom Alex of The Des Moines Register, people who talk on cell phones while driving are just as dangerous as drunk drivers. One Small distraction (分心的事物) could trigger a deadly mistake, causing them to hurt themselves or someone else.
Some may argue that cell phones are helpful when you have an emergency situation. Although I agree, I believe the safest way to use your phone is to pull over to the side of the road first. Some may argue that hands-flee phones are less of a distraction, but studies have. shown that the risk of having an accident remains the same even with these.

whole life. Please don't let that happen -- stay off your cell phone while driving.

You know eating fruit and vegetables does good. But do you know it can also make you look good? People who increased their intake over just six weeks developed a healthy glow and appeared more attractive, researchers found. Scientists at St Andrews University found eating them slightly increased yellow and red pigments(色素) in the volunteers' skin. They monitored the food intake of 35 people and took pictures of their faces, arms and hands using a sensitive camera at the start, and after three and six weeks. Increasing their intake of greens by 2.9 portions a day was found to make the person look healthier and an extra 3.3 portions could enhance their attractiveness, when their photographs were rated by others.
Fruit and vegetables are rich in carotenoids(类胡萝卜素), which are known to protect against cell damage from pollution and UV rays, and can also prevent age-related diseases including heart disease and cancer. But while it was known eating extreme amounts of certain vegetables such as carrots could turn skin orange,it was not known a small increase was perceptible(被觉察)to others—and was seen as appealing.
A camera measured changes to the skin's redness, yellowness and lightness, and found it significantly changed in people who naturally increased their intake. These changes were not evident in three weeks. Using light sensors, the researchers showed these red and yellow hues(色调) were linked with the levels of carotenoids in their skin. There are hundreds of carotenoids but those thought to have the most dramatic effect are lycopene—which gives tomatoes and red peppers their red color—and beta-carotene found in carrots as well as broccoli, squash, and spinach. Skin color is also affected by chemicals called polyphenols, found in apples, blueberries and cherries, which cause blood rush to the skin surface.
