Global warming (全球变暖) is a big problem and it makes the Earth sick. So, what can we do to protect the Earth? Here are some ways of helping our beautiful Earth.
First, we should use energy wisely. Summer is coming and the weather becomes hot. Many people turn on the air conditioner (空调) to keep cool. But using the air conditioner too much is not good for the environment. Turn off the air conditioner while you are sleeping at night or when you are away during the daytime.
Recycling (回收利用) can also save the Earth. Glass, bottles and newspapers can all be recycled. This way may make less pollution, and save more money.
Try to use less water. Turn off the shower while you are washing your hair. Use the water to water flowers after you finish washing. Ask people to stop throwing rubbish into rivers and lakes.
Planting trees is also a good way to help the Earth. So, why don't we plant as many trees as possible? Trees help keep the air clean and fresh by giving off oxygen (氧气). They can keep everything around them cool in hot seasons.
In fact, there are many things we can do in our daily life. If everyone can understand the importance of saving the Earth and do something small to help, our Earth will be better.
