Neha is angry with her sister because she makes her homework dirty again. So Neha asks their parents to buy her a study table with drawers(抽屉), so she can keep her homework in drawers. Neha's parents don't have much money to buy a new table, but they can buy her a second-hand one. They take Neha a second-hand store. Neha sees an old black table there. She opens its drawer and finds a small bag with some money in it." My birthday is coming. With the money, I can buy a bicycle or beautiful dresses," Neha thinks. When they get home, Neha locks the door of her room and takes out the bag from the drawer. There are 300 dollars! Suddenly, Neha finds a letter in the bag. It seems that an old lady saves the money for her family. But she passes away(去世) and nobody knows about the money in the drawer. Neha thinks, "I should return the money." She tells her parents about the money. "l want to return it to her owner, "Neha says. So they give the money back to the store.

The store owner finds the family. The son of the old lady is very moved(感动的) and thanks Neha.

Neha thinks, "No new bicycle or clothes can make me feel better than this. I pass the important test of my life- the lost and found test of my honesty(诚实)."

How do you usually do the shopping? Do you go to the supermarket or shop online? Today, many Chinese love shopping through live-streaming.

Around the year of 2016, some Internet stars began selling products (产品) through live-streaming. The stars showed people the products, and told them what was so good about the products. If people liked the products, they would buy them in real time. This year, there are more than 520 million(百万) people watching live-streaming in China.

In August, Hainan TV Station and Alibaba Group started a project, The World 's Specialty, to sell products from all over the world. And its first show was on August 13th.

Ambassadors (大使) from five African countries were on the show. They brought people many different products from their own countries. During the show, the five ambassadors told a lot about the products. MOMO, an Internet star, also showed people how great the products were.

James Kimonyo from Rwanda, brought coffee and chili sauce(辣椒酱) to the show. He thought live-streaming was amazing. Before the show, he said," This is not my first time to take part in live-streaming. Every time I sell products through live-streaming, people buy them up in just a few minutes. I think it is very good for Africa. And it can help farmers in my country."

The show was very successful. In the future, the project will keep selling products with ambassadors from Japan, New Zealand, Thailand and many other countries.

Men have won most of the Nobel Prizes in science in the past. But this year, we saw more female winners.

Jennifer Doudna from the US and Emmanuelle Charpentier from France shared the Nobel Prize in Chemistry. It's the first time in history for two women to win the prize without having to share it with a man. At the same time, US scientist Andrea Ghez became the fourth woman to win a Nobel Prize in Physics. Its first female winner was Marie Curie in 1903.

Doudna and Charpentier won the prize for developing CRISPR/Cas9 genetic scissors (基因剪刀), a technology that can rewrite DNA in cells (细胞). It has had a great impact(影响)on the life sciences. For example, it can help us develop crops that can withstand droughts(抗旱). It could also help treat inherited diseases (遗传病)in the future.

On hearing that they were the sixth and seventh women in history to win the Chemistry Prize, Charpentier said that she hopes girls and young female scientists will "understand that nothing is impossible". They can "find great discoveries (发现)",whether the man or the woman is.

Ghez, who was awarded for her research on black holes, had the same feeling. "l hope more young women come into the field,"Ghez said. She is also one of the writers of the 2006 children's book You Can Be a Woman Astronomer.

Stay within a depth you can deal with. When you're first learning how to swim, don't get into water that's too deep for you to stand in. If something goes wrong, you can simply stand up and breathe.
