    On my recent trip to Sydney with my parents, we visited the Wildlife Park(野生动物园).

    The Wildlife Park has lots of different animals and birds. There are over 600 animals there, including kangaroos, koalas and crocodiles(鳄鱼). They are in their natural environment. I like the Wildlife Park better than a zoo. Most of the animals are in cages(笼子) in the zoo.

    We first spent some time with the kangaroos. We could touch and feed them. It was very exciting to be so close to them. There were koalas, too. They looked very cuddly(令人想拥抱的). Although we could not carry them, I got to take a photo with one. It is a wonderful souvenir(纪念品) of my holiday in Sydney.

    The Wildlife Park has plenty of freshwater and saltwater crocodiles. Some of them are really big and scary(吓人的) with huge teeth! I did not want to get too close to them.

    There was also a bird show. The keepers showed us different species(种类). I saw that an old parrot could "talk". It made a great impression(印象) on me.

    I enjoyed the trip very much. There was so much to see.

    My uncle lives in a village. He has eighty 1 ninety apple trees on his farm. But my uncle's2 can't pick all the apples in autumn. They usually 3 my parents and me to go to4them every year. It's going to be the weekend tomorrow. My 5 aren't going to work and I'm not going to 6. So we're going to see my uncle by bus tomorrow. We're going to get up 7 in the morning. Mother is going to wear her 8 clothes to work on the farm. Father is going to buy some mooncakes for my uncle's 9 in a shop. The boy likes them very much. I know my uncle and aunt are going to10 us a lot of apples before we come back. I like working in the village.

    My friend John has got a restaurant in a big city. It is near a supermarket. He gets ten robots for the restaurant. Each robot costs (价钱为) 20, 000 yuan. The restaurant is not big, but very popular. Now more and more people come here for dinner.

    The robots have different jobs in the restaurant. Two robots cook different kinds of food; one washes the dishes; one cleans the floor and the others give food to the guests (客人).

    Although robots do most of the jobs in the restaurant, John is still very busy. He must do many things to keep the robots working well. Luckily, John is good at studying robots and he knows robots very well. I think in the future, there will be a lot of robot­themed restaurants (机器人主题餐厅) around the world.

    My best friends are John and Ann. We do many things together(--起).

    John lives near my house. He's fifteen years old and he's tall and slim，with blonde hair and blue eyes. He's a little bit shy but very clever. He's very good at math and he helps me with my homework.  He usually wears a T-shirt and jeans. We also play basketball at a nearby park together and sometimes we play video games at my house.

    The other friend is Ann. She's short and strong, with straight brown hair and brown eyes. She likes wearing T-shirts and a baseball cap. She never stops talking. She says she would like to be a boy. We all have kung fu lessons every Tuesday and Friday afternoon. We love it. Ann is really good at kung fu. We call her the "Kung Fu Kid". She often plays basketball with us, too. We often have great fun together.
