Taking up exercise could change our feelings about food in surprising and(benefit) ways, according a new study of exercise and eating. The researchers asked a group of sedentary (久坐的) volunteers about how they (feel) about food. Some of them then (ask) to continue with their normal lives as a control group, while the others began exercising.
