Unhealthy Habits You May Have
·Skip(跳过) breakfast. We all know that breakfast is the most important meal
of the day, but there are many times when breakfast can get lost in our busy
days. If you find yourself
always skipping breakfast, you should be careful.
Skip
meals, especially breakfast, can cause your metabolism(新陈代谢)to slow down. Remember breakfast gives you the energy to power your
day. When you skip breakfast, you may lose that energy you need to get through
the day.

the weight make or break your day. Do you find yourself weighing yourself
daily? Your spirits are high, and you're
encouraged to keep working hard. Yet, when the number is higher than expected,
your day is broken and you feel down. You question every single thing you ate
and even consider giving up fitness.

strict rules around food. You may think it healthy to set strict rules around
food and often ask yourself, "What food can and can't I eat? What diet rules must I follow?"
These are signs that you have unhealthy, restrictive(限制性的) behaviours around food. Some of these behaviours can lead to
eating disorders, which can be harmful to your health.

There are some serious
dangers related to overeating. This is commonly shown by eating in secret,
consuming food when you're already full, and feeling a loss of control over
what and how much you eat. Some of the serious results from overeating include
weight gain and heart disease.
