Health is the most important thing in the world. Nothing is more important than health. If one takes away our money, houses, cars, or even our clothes, we can still survive. That is why we always try to eat in a healthy way and exercise often.
How can we keep healthy? In order to eat healthily, I usually avoid(避免)eating food high in fat, like French fries or cookies, which are junk food. Besides, I only eat a little meat.
Taking exercise every day helps us build a strong body. Regular exercise is an important part of keeping me healthy.
What's more, I think friends are an important part of one's health. I always feel better when I am with friends than I am alone. When I am with my friends, I always laugh. Laughing is also an important part of health. It is good to stay with my friends.
By eating properly and exercising regularly, I can keep my body at a proper weight and keep healthy. By spending time with my friends, I can keep my mind as well as my body happy. These things sound easy to do, but not many people can manage them.

近年出现的优秀网络文学作品,都注意汲取传统文化营养,让民族文化精髓成为这些作品的价值基因。入选“中国网络文学20年20部”的《诛仙》是一部东方玄幻仙侠小说,作家以道家文化“天地不仁,以万物为刍狗”为基本立意,采用蕴含东方文化神韵的故事来架构。在人物描写、氛围营造和语言表达上,《诛仙》吸收和化用了《山海经》等古代文化典籍元素。作者在创作中又受到《蜀山奇侠传》《鹿鼎记》等现代仙侠武侠小说影响,将其神韵融入作品血脉,使《诛仙》对传统文化有独到的理解和艺术阐释。
网络文学创作实践一再表明,只有将中华优秀传统文化转化为网络作品的艺术魅力,让民族文化中代代相传的优良传统融为文学的“精神血脉”,网络文学作品才能传承民族精神,构建与人民大众情感共鸣、与时代价值共振的“精神家园”。

通过化用和改造的方式致敬经典作品,是网络文学传承优秀传统文化的重要途径之一。如莲青漪的《狼毫小笔》,模仿唐诗宋词情韵兼备,描绘名胜古迹形神俱足,演绎历史传说袭故弥新,广受读者喜爱。
还原和再造传统文化中的经典意境,也是网络文学的典型创作模式。纵观当红的网络文学作品,如《琅琊榜》《鹤唳华亭》等,往往营造一种古雅和精致的意境,表现出对民族审美传统和优秀传统美德的认同和追慕。这些作品的成功固然各有原因,但有一点大致相同,那就是原作者大多是酷爱古典文学之人,他们对诗经楚辞、汉魏乐府、唐宋诗词中经典意境的巧妙借用和转化,让雅好此道的读者对其作品爱不释手。
许多网络作家想方设法吸收优秀传统文学创作经验,希望能够更为生动形象、更具中国风格地表现当下中国人的处世方式、生活理念、美学追求,希望能更充分展现中华传统美德和中华人文精神,更广泛凝聚千百年来中华民族的生存经验、生活智慧,更深刻容纳中华民族强大的精神基因。在这些方面,网络文学拥有观念后来居上和技术上弯道超车的优势。可以说,网络文学对传统优秀文化的传承弘扬,已经从写作技巧和语言修辞等相对表浅的层面,朝着中华优秀传统文化的内涵和精神内里更为纵深地开掘。例如,在众多网络文学作品中,爱国主义与英雄主义精神得以更充分、更精彩、更接近青年读者阅读心理的阐发与呈现。
网络文学弘扬优秀传统文化的优势还在于其数量的庞大和业转化的日益成熟,这使其在传播上具有巨大优势。网络文学出现以来,新媒介的技术优势和市场的资源配置优势,在文学生产与消费领域得到充分发挥,使文学创作、作品传播和阅读方式发生革命性变化。网络文学的快速发展,给传统文学造成巨大冲击和强烈影响,网络文学在表现方式、语言形态、创作手段、审美元素、评论手段等诸多方面都与传统文学有所不同,扩展了文学的表现空间,给传统文学注入新活力,对优秀传统文化的创新表达也是其重要贡献。

网络文学在作品的文化意蕴、虚拟世界的想象力、人物形象的精气神、作品的类型风格等方面,表达出鲜明的中华文化立场。那些优秀网络作家善于从传统文化中汲取营养,将中华文化的精髓融于精彩的故事中,以艺术的方式传承中华优秀传统文化。
中华文化博大精深,网络作家们应对中华文化进行创造性转化,即以现代观念重新观照传统文化。如《木兰无长兄》向《木兰诗》致敬,《将夜》中的夫子及其弟子,保持着精神的独立,又有强烈的家国责任意识。但我们也应看到,网络小说中不乏后宫争宠、厚黑学、封建迷信等文化糟粕,如梦入神机的小说《佛本是道》蕴含着“生命如同蝼蚁”的观念,跳舞的小说弘扬“丛林法则”等。这样的创作动向值得警惕、并亟待及时纠偏。

Don't Take the Fun Out of Youth Sports
When I joined a private football league a few years ago, the sport meant everything to me. My coach said that I had lots of potential, and I became captain of my 1. That was before all the fun was taken out of 2.
At first, everyone on the team got 3 playing time. Then the team moved up to the top division after winning all its games, and the 4 started. ①孔孟之道在绵延发展的 2000 多年中,从真实的普通人到具有睿智的学者,从一家学派的始祖到整个中国思想界的旗帜,再到东方精神文化的领袖和代表,最终成为标志中国文化, 乃至东方文明的代表性符号,其时代的价值在一次次变化、丰富和提升。
②从历史上看,儒家学说面对的每一次危机,都是每一次改革、每一次创新的机遇,也是与其他宗教、思想进一步融合交流的时机。春秋战国时期,儒墨两家并称显学,二者既有差异, 又有交融。汉代儒家虽然获得了正统地位,但由于佛教传入、道教勃兴,相关影响几乎渗透到当时社会生活的方方面面,所以儒家学说已经开始面临严峻的挑战,以至在魏晋时期儒学已经变异为“玄学”,杂糅了佛道的许多内容和方法。历经隋唐五代数百年的三教争衡与合一的探索,儒家的正统地位由于韩愈、李翱等人的改造,才在容纳吸收佛道诸家之长的基础上为宋代理学的产生铺平了道路。从宋元开始,经过张载、二程、朱熹、陆九渊、王阳明等人的努力,儒学才通过数个转机达到了自我完善和适应时代发展的境界和目的。可见,儒学本身是有自我调节和不断完善的机制和系统的。
③在 20 世纪初,中国教育界、学术界在“保种强国”的压力下,将中国贫弱挨打的原因归结于孔孟之道的所谓“陈腐与僵化”,于是有了“打倒孔家店”,将素有“人本”和“求实” 传统的儒家思想与“民主”和“科学”的所谓进步思想对立起来,而且一对立就是一百年。在中,孔子及其儒家的思想受到了前所未有、登峰造极的毁坏,面对随之而来西方文化的大量涌入,儒学的影响和地位每况愈下;而当我们在毫无顾忌地舍弃儒家传统思想的时候,位于传统儒家文化圈内的日本和“亚洲四小龙”(韩国、香港、台湾、新加坡)等却都在经济和社会发展方面创造了奇迹。一个世纪以来,儒家思想只能伴随贫穷落后的判断受到了颠覆性的质疑。其实,历史上在那些富可敌国的大商人和机关算尽的军事谋略家的行为宗旨中,儒家思想的影响都是显而易见的。作为多元文化东方思想的主要代表,孔子的思想重新赢得了世人的关注和尊重。
④作为非强硬地解决冲突的思想和方法,儒家思想在解决当今世界重重矛盾的现实问题时,有着多方面的经验和理论。通过对话、包容,追求平衡、和谐,减少冲突、战争,孔孟之道充满了中国文化的原创精神和人类永恒追求的伟大理想,是与世界其他伟大的思想源泉并行不悖、并极具特色的系统理论。其最初即建立的开放、创新、宽容、接纳的发展机制,不仅使其数千年不衰,并能得到时时出新、自我完善的理想效果。
⑤人类社会进入到 21 世纪,其基本走向和共同目标是“和平共处与共同发展”,在这样的全球背景中,儒家思想应该与其他文明共存,共同支撑人类社会的进步与发展。
⑥数千年,只是人类历史的一瞬,许多当年孔子孟子关注的问题至今还是倍受关注的重大问题。这说明在早熟的中华文明中,以孔孟为代表的儒家思想和文化是有高瞻远瞩的远见卓识和“温故知新”的发展思路的。对以孔孟之道为核心的儒家思想展开研究和宣传,真正认识其深远的意义和价值,挖掘其具有原创精神的智慧和资源,为当今的改革和未来的发展提供历 2000 多年的社会实验,如此不仅能给中国的发展垫厚根基,也将对世界文明的进步提供具有中国特色的重要参照。
