Surprisingly, most of the surveyed students sleep less than 7hours. Only a few students sleep 7 to 9 hours. And those who sleep more than 9 hoursare in the minority.     Many factors contribute to this situation. Firstof all, due to the fierce competition, students can only achieve success by workinghard. Secondly, with too much homework to do, students have very busy schedules.Other factors, such as terrible bedding, noisy environment and pressure from life,should also affect students' sleep.    Therefore, in my opinion, effective measuresshould be taken to solve the problems. Most importantly, schools should limit theamount of daily homework assigned. If so, teachers of major subjects will be likelyto give students less homework. In the meanwhile, students should improve theirstudy efficiency so that they can have enough sleep at night.
