a foggy Sunday morning, Amrisha Vaish was sleeping soundly at home in
Arlington, Virginia. The sound that woke him at 7:15 was so loud that he
assumed it came from inside his house. As he got up to 1 carefully, he heard another sound, this one
coming most definitely from outside. Looking out of his bedroom window, he

wrapped by smoke around the tree's base, and its engine was on fire.
