One of those things is my best friend, who has been by my side through thick and thin. I decided to let her know how much she means to me and how her kindness and compassion have touched my life in so many ways. I sent her a text message with a heartfelt message, thanking her for being such an important part of my life. I told her that I appreciate all the things she does for me, from listening to my problems to celebrating my successes. I also let her know that her positive attitude and warm heart are contagious and that they have had a profound impact on me.
