C. Exercise makes you feel strong, fit and healthy.

D. Exercise can completely make you happier.

E. Exercise helps forget the problems and stress.

We all know that exercise is great for you. But let's be honest, sometimes finding that motivation (动机) to work out can be a little difficult. So, in this post, I am going to share my top five reasons for working out.

When you work out, your body produces endorphins (安多酚) ,which will give you a rush of happiness. You will feel better after a workout than you did before it.

Whenever I move to a new city to study or work, I look for exercise classes to do. You meet like-minded (志趣相投的) people, and you can support each other during a difficult workout.

Exercise might give you a feeling of confidence from being comfortable with your body and appearance. This new confidence might even help in your social or work life.

Focusing on lifting weights or going for a run can help you forget the problems and stress of daily life, studies or work.

Every day, the weights feel lighter and you feel a great sense of achievement. Time goes by, and you'll feel strong and healthy.

So, next time you're feeling down, put your trainers on and get sweating. It might not be easy but I promise you will feel so much better once you have finished!

Have you ever considered starting a fitness program? Since exercise can reduce the risk of diseases, improve balance, help lose weight, better sleep habits and even make you confident, you should start a fitness program in the following steps.

    Test your fitness level

How many meters can you walk or run in one minute? How much time does it take you to swim 50 meters? What is your heart rate (心率)? The data (数据) of your fitness level can help you know what activities you need.

    Prepare things needed for sports

You need something practical, enjoyable and easy to use. It could be a pair of trainers, a volleyball or a bicycle. You can also download fitness apps (应用程序) on your mobile phone to measure distances, calories burned or your heart rate.

    Take action

Now you're ready for action. When you begin, don't always try tough tasks. Listen to your body and reduce exercise time if necessary.
