How to Adjust (适应) to a New School School is a place where a child learns to succeed. When you go to a new school, you might worry that you don't know anyone. You worry that you might get lost, or the teachers are strict. Here are some ways to help you adjust to a new school. Getting to Know the School Before you start the school, go with your parents to visit the school. Preparing for the First Day Being well rested will help remove (去除) any nervousness you may feel.
