    This is a 2-day wild Great Wall trip. I am your English speaking guide. I will work for you in the trip. Now, I'd like to tell you what we are going to do in the trip:

    Day 1: Pick up you from your hotel in Beijing at 7:00 a.m. Drive 2 hours to the foot of the wild Great Wall. Then start to climb the Great Wall. We will have lunch on the Great Wall. At about 3 p.m, we will get down from the mountain and rest in the nice farm house and have dinner there. We will also spend the night on the farm.

    Day 2: A clock will wake you up at about 7:00 a.m. We will have breakfast quickly, then hike up the mountain to the Great Wall. In 5 hours, we will hike down the mountain and back to an old town. We will have lunch there. At about 2:00 p.m, we will take a bus back to Beijing and our trip is over. As your English guide, wish you a good trip!

    There is an old English saying. It tells us that we must go to bed early and get up early in the morning. Then we shall be healthy. We shall also be rich and clever. This is true. The body must have enough sleep to be healthy. Children of young age should have at least ten hours' sleep every night. Children who do not have enough sleep cannot do their work well and they may not be healthy.

    The body also needs exercise. Walking, running, jumping and playing games are all exercise. Exercise keeps the body strong. Exercise also helps the blood(血液) to move around inside the body. It is very important. Our blood moves to all parts of our body. The head also needs blood. So exercise is also good for our mind and helps us to think better.

    Jack walked up to Sue and said, “Hello, how are you? May I sit and talk with you for a moment?” “Of course, please sit down,” Sue said. Jack sat down next to Sue on the bench (板凳), and they talked quietly together. The dog continued to look up at Sue, as if（似乎) waiting to be given some food.

    “That's a nice dog, isn't he?” Jack said, pointing at the animal.

    “Yes, he is. He's handsome. He's strong and healthy.”

    “And hungry,” Jack said. “He hasn't taken his eyes off you. He thinks you've got some food for him.”

    “That's true,” Sue said. “But I haven't.”

    They both laughed and then Jack said, “Does your dog bite（咬）anyone?”

    “No, ”Sue said, “ He's never bitten（咬）anyone. He's always gentle and friendly.”

    Hearing this, Jack decided to hold out his hand and touched the animal's head. Suddenly it jumped up and bit him.

    “Hey!” Jack shouted. “You said your dog didn't bite.”

    Sue answered in surprise, “Yeah, I did. But this is not my dog. My dog is at home.”

    Last week we did a survey of what students think of sports in our school. Here are the  (结果). Some students think it's necessary to(锻炼) every day, because it is good for their(健康). So they do different(种类) of sports like walking, jumping, (跑步) , swimming, playing with balls and so on.(然而), some think they are busy with their schoolwork, so they(几乎不) do sports. As everybody(知道), sports can help us keep healthy and study better. So we should do（更多的）sports in our free time.     Mary wanted to buy a birthday present for her . But she didn't have money. She was very sad. She thought and thought. She had idea. She could make a present by .     Tom was twelve years old. His, Jenny, was two years youngerhim. One day their mother wanted them(clean) the house.
