    Mr. Green once works in a big company. He is quite busy so that he can't do any reading. So he gives up his job and opens a bookshop in the center of the town. It isn't big but all the books are nice and most people like to buy some there. When the shop is closed, he can read at home. He knows a lot and many learned people are glad to make friends with him.

    It is Sunday and it is cold outside. Mr. Green is very busy. At nine in the evening all the buyers leave but a woman is still there. She is dressed up and seems to be waiting for somebody there. Standing by the shelves(架子), she looks over the books one after another, and makes them in a terrible mess. Mr. Green comes up to her and asks, "Excuse me, madam. What can I do for you?"

     "Your books are not interesting at all," says the woman, "I want a delicious one."

    "That's easy, "Mr. Green smiles. He brings out a cookbook and says," Here you are, madam."

    If you often feel tired and the doctor can't find anything wrong with you, you may be in a state of subhealth(亚健康).Subhealth is a state between health and illness. Most of the subhealthy people are middle-aged ones who are usually stressed out because of work and family. And some of them are students who are having exams.

    If you are sub healthy, it is not difficult for you to become well soon. You should have good living habits. For example, you should get up early and go to bed early. And you should exercise regularly. Exercising can keep you healthy. As for meals, it is better to eat less salt and sugar. Vegetables, fruit and fish are important to your body. You should eat more of them. It is not good to eat too much at one meal, because it may cause unhealthy changes in your body.And at last, a balanced diet is very helpful in staying away(远离) from subhealth.
