Seniors(年长者) dancing on a public square is popular in China. I've learned that on the newspaper before. Walking through the 1 park, the trees stand cold and bare(光秃秃的). The wind has shaken their yellow leaves to the ground. As I keep walking, a noise from the background is becoming 2 and clearer. Now, 100 meters ahead, is a group of women who are gathering at the side of the path. In the cold wind of December, they're moving their arms and legs to the 3. They are, of course, the dancing seniors. It seems that if you go to any 4 space around China, you are likely to see these dancing women. 5 I first came to China, it was one of the first things that 6 me. That's because in Britain dancing outside is not a cultural 7.You won't see any age group swinging their arms and tapping their feet in a park. Usually people just 8 for exercise. Some people find dancing seniors annoying because they make too much 9.But others respect their right to dance in public. With most of them middle-aged, they 10 have some free time to do 11 they like. There is no more work, and their kids have left. Personally, I like seeing these women enjoying 12. They remind us of doing exercise as we get older. Besides, most of them have raised whole families. Now it is their time to have fun and enjoy some peace. (1)

Sometimes stress can make you feel like you want to growl(咆哮) like a bear. Now that we've watched the KidsHealth.org videos on yoga, we'll try a few exercises ourselves. When we're feeling stressed, we can do these exercises so we can be yoga bears instead of growling bears. Try belly breathing. Inhale (吸气)and exhale slowly while sitting in the chair. This can really help when you're feeling angry, frustrated, or upset. Try neck stretches(伸展). Remember, these might be good exercises to do right before taking a test. Try silly faces. Open your mouth wide and make bug eyes, then scrunch up your whole face in a way that makes your eyes seem narrow. Look at a partner and see who can make the silliest face. Try body stretches. This can really make you feel better. Stand up so we can try the horse stance with lion's breath. Now that we're done, everyone say "Namaste!" to each other. The word means" bowing to you".
