People often complain that they see some people jump in the queue, disturbing the harmony of society, and to be worse, chairs meant /intended for children and seniors are occupied by the young. It is high time that we should take actions to improve public morals. Firstly, government should make it a rule that people will get fined or punished if caught behaving against public morals.
